The Nova Club offers students a hands-on learning environment where they develop their entrepreneurial abilities. Students who join the club will take part in the creation of a business, preferably by creating a start-up, but at the very least by learning through attending meetings. Along with team mentors from the corporate world and university academic advisers, the club hosts weekly talks with resources.
Here we aim to promote the growth of entrepreneurial interests and provide students the chance to study and develop their social, organizational, and work ethic abilities with an eye on the future and entrepreneurship.
Activities:
-
The Club has conducted a number of seminars on "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" where members had the opportunity to learn about Entrepreneurship and encourage them to come up with the ability to solve problems and make profit from it.
-
We have held a number of sessions on entrepreneurial skills, including those related to the elevator pitch, project management, time management, leadership abilities, and creative thinking.
-
Our club participates in two of Christ's premier events each year, Prayan & Elysian, where the Club has the chance to plan its own worthy rounds and provide the victors the chance to earn cash prizes.
Club Head (Ujjwal Kumar,5BBAFA):
I want to help other people succeed in business and picture myself as a successful entrepreneur in the future. The secret to success is having a sound plan and strategy. My motto is "If at first you don't succeed, try again with double the vigor and new ideas." Pitching your concept is a crucial aspect of business. I hope to develop students and inspire them to develop worthwhile solutions for society through the NOVA club inside the Commerce association.
